Summary The harbour porpoise output of the habitat suitability modelling workflow created for the MARCO-BOLO project T5.1.2, run on the LW-ERIC VRE.
Description For the MARCO-BOLO project T5.1.2, a model was created to predict monthly and decadal habitat suitability for four species: harbour porpoise, harbour seal, common dolphin and bottlenose dolphin.
The model was integrated on the LW-ERIC VRE where it can be run from a few input parameters.
The input parameters used to generate this output file:
